In addition to the pump stations, storage, and water treatment facilities,  SAWC assets include the main distribution pipeline, vaults, valves, water meters, meter boxes.

Pump station and 52,000 gallon storage tank. Located along SE Hauglum Road, east of Bluff Road. Intermittent use as part of the treatment facility.

Treatment Facility. In 2016, the 8foot by 20 foot pump station portion of this building was converted to a treatment facility with the installation of filters and electronic water quality monitoring and adjustment equipment.

Booster Pump Station. Located near the corner of SE Hudson and Lusted Roads. The lower booster pump station has been modified to provide Portland sourced water to the residents along Lusted Road and the Mayberry area.
