Annual Membership Meeting: Written or printed notice stating time, date and place of meeting shall be given not earlier than 30 days or less than 7 days before the date of the meeting. Unless a different date of  time is decided by the Board of Directors and stated in the notice of meeting, the annual meeting of the members shall be held on the second Tuesday of September of each year for the purposes of electing directors and for the transaction of business.

Regular Board Meetings are usually held bimonthly in September, November, January, March, May and July, depending on the agenda and pending business.
