Following is a list of projects to be undertaken be Skyview to improve the water distribution system to Skyview households:
Sandy Intertie: To change the water supply from Portland to Sandy. This will provide increased water storage and the ability to increase the number of households connected to the Skyview water system. Completed in 2014. Approximate cost $190,000.

Master Plan: To provide an outline of the Skyview water system and a blueprint for future maintenance, replacement and growth. Submitted to the state in 2015.
Treatment Facility: To address water quality issues and maintain water testing standards. Completed in 2016. Approximate cost $91,000.

Hauglum main line replacement: The first 1000 ft portion of 3 mile long 4 inch glued PVC pipe to be replaced. This pipe was installed in 1975. This project included installing a 6 inch C900 PVC pipe to the treatment facility, and installing an 8 inch C900 PVC pipe to return water to the Skyview system. Completed in 2017. Approximate cost $162,000.

Cross Connection Policy: (Back flow valves)To insure contaminated water does not get returned from households back into the Skyview system. Protects all households and insures safer drinking water. Policy was updated in 2018.
Lower Booster Pump Station: In 2021, the lower booster pump station was modified to distribute water from the Portland water line to residences along Lusted Road and the Mayberry area.
